Building on the strong foundation of American Training Center’s workforce education expertise, we provide personalized, wraparound services that focus on the “human side” of career development.

The American Hope Center is guided by a dedicated Board of workforce development experts whose collective experience spans education, employment services, and community-based innovation. Their leadership ensures that the organization’s programs remain responsive to the evolving needs of job seekers and employers alike.

At the helm is Executive Director Kimberly Rommen, a passionate advocate for equitable access to opportunity. With a proven track record in workforce initiatives, Kimberly leads with both vision and compassion—building strong partnerships, championing community voices, and driving forward the American Hope Center’s mission to transform barriers into pathways of success.
