peer navigators
Our Peer Navigators use their lived experience and professional expertise to offer one-on-one career guidance. They support individuals every step of the way by helping them set goals, find resources, and stay motivated.
career counseling
We help participants discover their strengths, explore career pathways, and set achievable goals. Our career counseling services include resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies tailored to each person’s needs.
supportive services
We connect participants to resources that address barriers to employment, from financial literacy to mental health referrals, ensuring they have the holistic support needed to succeed.
soft skills development
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are critical to career success. Through workshops and interactive training, we help participants build the confidence and interpersonal skills employers value most.
